As someone who has had their fair share of doctor visits, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The office may not have the flashiest decor, but the comfort and attentiveness offered by the staff more than made up for it. During my visit, Dr. Ikenna was wonderfully patient and really took the time to explain my diagnosis. He encouraged questions, which made me feel more included in my own healthcare decisions. The follow-up process is pretty straightforward as well, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice that the office hours could be a bit unclear. A more straightforward schedule would help potential patients plan their visits better. Despite this minor drawback, I felt that the quality of care I received far outweighed any inconveniences. A solid choice for anyone looking for a caring internist!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ikenna, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how minimal the waiting time was; I barely sat down before being called in for my consultation. Dr. Ikenna himself is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my health concerns thoroughly. He explained everything in detail and provided me with several options for my treatment plan, which I found quite reassuring. The office atmosphere was calming, which made the experience feel less daunting. The only thing I could suggest is that they could improve the signage in the waiting area for better navigation. Overall, I left feeling empowered about my health and grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Ikenna by a friend, and I’m so glad I went! The care I received was outstanding. He has a way of making you feel at ease, even if you’re nervous about your health. I was particularly impressed with how he tailored the treatment plan specifically for me, rather than giving me a one-size-fits-all solution. The staff was also very friendly and efficient, which is always a plus in a medical office. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I found the appointment scheduling process a bit cumbersome, and a clearer system could help streamline it. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ikenna to anyone in need of a thorough and compassionate internist!

My recent visit to Dr. Ikenna's office was a breath of fresh air! I came in feeling pretty anxious about my health issues, but the staff’s warm demeanor instantly put me at ease. Dr. Ikenna took the time to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and really listened to my concerns. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure I understood every step of the process. I also appreciated that he didn’t rush through the appointment, which is so rare these days. However, I think that having some information about when the office is open would be beneficial since I had trouble finding that out beforehand. Nonetheless, I walked away feeling much better and more informed. I can't recommend this place enough!
